annexation of haiti would be a godsend unfortunately god does not work like that. he only helps those who help themself
Preval should attempt to make himself useful to his country and people by admiting to himself that he and all the present "political leaders" in haiti are completely devoid of any administrative abilities, and work out some agreement by which the International community assume administrative control of Haiti, preferably under the Unied States
