Mr. Rosenberg, you are absolutely correct about the Deputies being corrupted.

We had a friend by the name of Ericq Pierre who was named to be Prime Minister by Preval.

Ericq told us that it was the deputies who rejected him because they wanted to be able to steal money without getting caught.

The deputies are not educated people in general.

One of them was a security guard at a bank for example.

And others can hardly read.
