Il y a une chose qui est clair pour moi lorsqu' on parle de CONSTITUTION, car quand j' etais un jeune homme je me rappelle que les PERSONNAGES qui ont travaillé sur ces TEXTES FONDAMENTAUX etaient COMPETENTS ET FIABLES, de plus ELLES/ILS mis longtemps a discuter en long et en large sur chaque DISPOSITION, et de plus ENCORE la constitution est redige AN KREYOL et/ak en FRANCAIS.Que voulez-vous encore?

En tant que CITOYEN DE LA REPUBLIQUE D'HAITI, je ne peux pas critiquer une constitution que j' avais acceptée par l' intermediaire DES PAIRS que le peuple (vous aussi et moi) avait choisi pour la rediger.

Je peux, autant que n' importe quel citoyen haitien, demander DE FAIRE DES AMENDEMENTS si certaines mesures constitutionnelles ne conviennent pas ou plus a des groupes de citoyens.

Haiti est CONSTITUE comme UNE NATION depuis lontemps.

Cherchons maintenant A REGLER des problemes MAJEURS comme LA FAIM, LA MALADIE, LA MORTALITE INFANTILE, LES INEGALITES SOCIALES, L'INSECURITE, LES MOQUERIES DES AUTRES NATIONS, ETC.

Quand donc cesserons-nous CE BAVARDAGE sans ISSUE.?
