As haitian, i don't think it's constitutional to reduce quorum in order to facilitate the ratification process; in my opinion, i think those who are in favor and support the chosen prime minister need to lobby for her and at the same time use appropriate strategy to convince othes accross the isle. It is time for a political breaktrough.

It is time for change.

I'd like to sieze this opportunity to thanks the national police forces for their courage to and their love for our country, Haiti.

I was in Haiti last month; i saw change and hope! Keep up the good work.
