The rairoad track

Mr president, I have been trying to understand why a country can have only one railroad track and then the government allows it to be uprooted( rache'l).

Would you please explain to me why?

Question #2- you have been in power since 2006, until now i and other Haitians with common sence cannot see where you want to acheive during your mandate.

Are you going to spend your five years without doing anything?
