Is president Preval will be different this time?

I have a different view of President Preval accomplishment during his first presidency.

We can not forget Pastor Leroy of Professor Deronceray's political party.

We cannot forget the colonel Jean Lamy. We cannot forget the Major Louis of the Haitian Marine who was tortured with his wife in presence of the President of the Republic.

We cannot forget the lack of leadership, the irresponsible attitude toward the misery of the Haitian People.

President Preval in face of a tragedy affecting the population of La Gonave will tell them :' naje poun sòti".

In other words You are on your own;it 's not my government problem.

To summarize let's say President Preval was the one who started te crisis in which the Haitian people are deeply swimming today: the fraudulent elections of May 2000. We only hope he 's back to show us a different style of leadership.
