Port au Prince is capital not republic of Haiti

Again and again, with a so call democratic country, Haiti is worse than a totalitarian regime.

because everything has to be done in Port au Prince.

Now, look what happen in Cazale where preval wife is from, Cabaret, Gonaives, Les Cayes.

More than 500 people lost they live for mismanagement.

It time to train and give all the mayor in Haiti the mandate to empowering and organize the commune they represente.
