Tiba, I wasn't trying to get on your case; you are probably one of the best bloggers on this site. I was just trying to say that when you make a statement like "These Haitian spend a lot of time to write on the blog, but most of the time many of us can never make sense of what they are saying." it sounds like you are blaming the blogger for not making sense.

I don't think that's what you meant to do, but that's how it came off. Than again, maybe I simply misunderstood.

Anyway, that term ONA: I did not find the exact translation for it, but I did not look very hard; I just wanted to learn what it meant.

And yes it refers to Haiti's Retirement Insurance, but you have to remember that that's a translation, not the original words that came with the initials.

I'll go back online and see what I can find. If I can't find it online, I'll go through the books real fast and see what I can come up with. I'll read the rest of your post after I'm done with that.
