I read your message, I heard your cry, and I feel your emotion too. To say the least about such a situation, my mere ideas is that it's probably the result of our past behavior of bad practices "particularly in matter of constructions" for at least four decades combined to climatic change with those recent and frequent rains and storms with so much water giving such bad impact upon our fragile environment.

As a conclusion, I hope that our officials must realize that finally the time is really opportune to undertake the right decisions regarding our citizens and our environment.

Otherwise, it will be very difficult to imagine any kind of renewal about what we use to call "La Perle des Antilles".

In other words, I think that we still have another chance, probably the last one to overcome the situation if we are truly sincere while imaging so much good perspective for Tourism, Growth and Struggle for Poverty Eradication for the benefit of all the members of our beloved community.

So...
