Ok Linda and thank You. I will accept your advise for I believe it is a great one. As you know Tiba better than I, I should try to be soft with him OK Because we need each other and it is great that we should communicate for communication is the way to understand and progress.

that a perfect example of how Humasi being function.

we may see thing on the eye but if we can point it out without insult then the atmosphere can be better to live in.and specialy with Those we communicate with. and if I do not practice what I preach I take note for I do not want to portrait someone I am not Ok.
