My dear,

I didn't mean to offend you by any mean and you are absolutely right "one must plane prior to run for any political position".

In the Island my dear most candidates doesn't have a plan prior to run for office.

There plan are short-term, what I mean by that is that they don't look beyond what they see. Haiti will never change under our current constitution; our constitution is an unrevised version of the US. Haiti will change when candidates have an actual plane way before they are considering running for office.

My intention is to get many like yourself to come back to make a difference.

Let's make a difference let's not be mad at each other.
