I admire your sense patriotic for your country, Haiti.

I hope there were more educated, skilled, and professional Haitians living abroad like yoursel willing to dedicate their knowledge to their country.

Unfortunately, Actus, son excellence the drunk Rene Preval doesn't read the blog and if he does, he his too drunk to understand anything that's being said.

Secondly, Preval, Haitian government doesn't give a crap about you as a Haitian, your knowledge and willingness to help your country.

Thirdly, because of your education and knowledge, the government sees you as a threat to their jobs, and therefore the chances of preval or anyone from his government contacting you is slim to none. You would have a much better chance of being contacted if you were a foreigner and white.

You may ask, why?

Simple, being a foreinger and white, you pose not threat to anyone's job.

Forth, I think preval believes that Haiti has enough roads already in Haiti, and think he believes that Haiti has the best roads in the entire world therefore doesn't need any more.
