Great ! It'sn't Only a great Opportunity I have to talk about the Haitian's President Mr Réné Garcia Préval but also an uncomparing Privilege.

Well ! Mr Péval He's One of the best President Haiti ever had befor, I'm not a Prevalist, not an Aristidian, or a Duvalierist also.

I said He's one of the Best One because I hadn't Experiences befor to diserned unto Duvalierist Governement or Lavalas Governement ; But Now with my Age and after all Experiences Observed The Politic's Situation in Haiti finally I Say He's One of the Best President.

The question, Why President Preval is One of the Best President :

I can't comfirmed now about how many people non-alphabets are in the Country And How many Young woman & young man of 12-17 of age And Children of 2-11 of age Are without a Familly to take care of and without Education facilities.

Those Little Brothers And Sisters aren't Responsable of all this Things, President Préval also aren't the Mistake maker of all these things ;But The Haitian Families with all Haitian Intellectuals Associations, Young Universitaries, Students in the Country are concerning in those Problems.

Why?: A country can't grow up or developped without People Assistance's, without People in Voluntaries Positions in all over the Country and without Love & Respect One to other.

Our little Brothers & Sisters without Education Facilities is One of the Basic Solution needs the Country Now for the Goodness of next Generation in twenty Five years Later.

Now About Haitian Families without Desire and Disposition to take care of their Kids or their Childern is Because they are discourageouse and the reason is they aren't instructed from any civil's Associations or Intellectuals Association to prepared them for those Hard situation befor, They believe a Governement can Change All things and they waitnig for that Governement without patience ;Nothing are Impossible, all things can with Every One in their supports and in their assistances to the Governement in His Social Initiatives and Culturals.

Now About Intellectuals Associations with all other Affilate Associations; I'm not try to Blame any of You in your limited resources and facilities, But through the Press you can ask or invite the Government in some meetings to present some Idea or to suggested some things for the benefits of the Society and make follow UP until the Government demonstrate His determination to executed the Idea or the suggestion .In the case of negative in regards of your Idea do not reacted physicaly in any movement, because the Government have all Autority to executed or Not your Idea.

But the next step you supose to do is invite for a next Time the Government in ask them what's the Better Plan the selected to remplaced your Idea ; because you are an important element in the Sociaty.

we invite News or Press in all Meetings with the Government.

Now about what I said befor Mr Préval the President ! He's One of the Best President Haiti ever have before.

He's too Quiet in dificulties unapopriate to resolved for Now .Because, For me that's a maner Mr Préval use to help the Population become really Adulte in their Understanding about political situations ; It is the Time to know a Govenment can't work without Population's assistance and the Civil Society's Help.

President Préval like waiting for the Civil Society 's Plan or Population's Assistances.

That's the reason i said He's One of the Best President Haiti ever have before, because they usally exposed their plans and executed their own idea.

But now it diferent.

Pepole can see president Préval is a cool and a good President, I supose He's like waiting for the Civil Society and Population Ideas.

That's my message.
