The disapora is powerless b/c your community is not represented in Haiti.

You don't have dual citizenship along you might be borned in Haiti but now live elsewhere so therefore, you don't have the same rights as those living in Haiti.

There is no incentive or benefits for investments for the Haitian disapora.

Your money is gladly received via remittances but no enefits are given to you by your country.

Haiti has potential for change but Haitians abroad need to get involved and demand their rights as Haitians citizens.

Change in Haiti starts with Haitians.

Laws need to be changed to engage the disapora as well as facilitate Foreign Direct Investments by granting foreigners more right to own property in Haiti.
