Agree with you!

Have heard of "Ministre des Haitiens vivant a L'etranger?" There is a minister who represents all Haitians living overseases.

Can you believe that?

What kind of crap is that?

But what amazes me is that Haitians diaspora accept it. Haitians diaspora have "patronized, bluffed" by the Haitian government and they cannot see that.

How could Haitian diaspora be the 10th department when 1) Haitian diaspora is barred from participating in the government and in the internal affairs of Haiti?

2) how could Haitian diaspora be the 10th department when the Haitian government has no juridcition over the rest of the world?

The Haitian government claims that all Haitians living in the US constitute the 10th department of Haiti.

Well, last time I checked Haiti had only: L'ile de La Gonave, L'ile de la Tourtue and L'ile-a-Vache as its outside territories, and US, Canada, France, the Bahamas, etc.etc...

were not on the list.

I wish the Haitian diaspora could tell the Haitian government that it is not that bright to con us and tell it to take its 10th department crap and shove it. In my opinion tis is the most flagrant insult vis-avis Haitian diaspora ever.

Are we really that dumb to fall for that crap?
