Haitian Senator Says The White Man Decides

I was just listening to a Haitian senator being interviewed on the Radio about the return of Haitian president Jean Bertrand Aristide to Haiti.

The senator says

"The White man removed him from power in Haiti, only the white man say a word for him regarding his return"
