I agree with you 1000%.

Only incompetent and mediocre can compliment another incompetent and mediocre.

and this is why Haiti is loaded with your type and Preval's, a bunch of brain dead and brain damaged with no ability to think rationally and intelligently.

Incomtence and mediocrity breath incompetence and mediocrity, and that is plain and simple.

If you had a well functioning brain and a shred of competence and the know-how, you would not glorify someone like Preval because he promises to build a mile long road, with would be nothing more or less than a dirt road.

After being in office for 3 years now and after receiving tons of money from his master, there should have been roads all over Haiti already.

But again this is just a promise like all the previous promises.

A promise is not a reality.

We have to wait and see!
