You have got to be kidding!

I hope the brain damaged drunk, Preval, is not falling for that crap. And why exactly preval deserves all of that congratulations for Haiti's Independence Day?

That incompetent mediocre president did not do anything, nor that he is doing anything significant to free Haiti from foreing occupation, or free Haiti from poverty, and free Haiti from rediculing and degradation from foreigners like yourself.

Wishing success to Preval?

What kind of success are you referring to exactly?

You want him to alway be successful by bringing the country in more poverity, more darkness, and by allowing Haiti/Haitians to continue to be the laughing stock of the world, as you're now doing?

You have got to be ashamed of yourself doc!
