Adoption Pardon DesiredPlease Read!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dear Mr. President Preval,
I am an american and I want to adopt from Hati, however I do not meet the qualifications as I am not 35 years of age or older.

I am 27 and not married,0 children.

Can you please tell me the address either postal or email where I could send a request for a pardon so that I might be able to adopt.

I greatly appreciate you're time and attention to my request.
