Mais mon cher vous avez raison, Le francais devrait etre la seconde langue pour les Haitiens, disons-nous donc, les haitiens parlent plutot un francais use qui date depuis 1804 sans tenir compte du progres de la langue francaise aujourd'hui. Nos actes de naissances sont un journal et tres difficiles a traduire.

Il nous faut une reforme dans l'immediat.
