"ALL at once.

However, in the politics of governance, the government can use the concept of what's called "Prioritization/the most important/urgent" on its to-do-list, which is different from what you suggested to be "one by one or one at the time."

The other thing you need to know is thatthe people doesn't care about the government being broke to get things done.

The government is elected to "Serve and to Protect" and must do whatever it takes to fullfil these obligations to the people who elected them.

Competent governments with the know-how don't hide behond the lack of money to deprive the people what they are enttiled to, which is good governance and the ability of the government to meet the people needs."

I am conavainced you're mad. Competance without resource may mean asolutely nothing. You have come accept what I am saying as priority is a key term in governance.

If you are buiding infrastructure ti will take into consideration awide range factors.

I realise you don't take this into account.

Haiti is not rich country don't fool yourself, we are not rich our people will have to suffer a while before anything concrete can be seen. If we have people in haiti or elswhere telling the people that everything should be ok at once as long as they elect a president then Haiti will never be statble.

We need people who will apease the society while we establish the institutions that we don't have.

How do we speak about governance and politics without institutions.

We must structure the state so that the people may gain a sense of direction.

We need a patient people to help develop Haiti.

If we continue to send them to street at every slitest need we simply need to throw our hand in the air and call on the academy of lexicon to wype out the word HAITI

We cannot continue to see leadership as a threat we must trust someone sometimes.

we cannot give in to psychological deficit that has been imposed on us. We must rise above the tides of uncontrolable politics to restraint, we don't need to burn tyre every time we want to, we don't need to change president every time we want to. We must allow the process of governance to take shape in our land.

You must take some time to reflect on history of our country and how it has shaped our demise and how it continues to befall our simplest dreams.

We must sharpen a new Haitian ideal, we must crush the gerontocratic order that makes failure more relevant than success to our young Haitians.

We must reverse the course of history, we must rekindle a new mentality, we must we have no choice otherwise we are out.

this is the 21st century and look at us.

something is got to chnage, but we to do it one step at a time. You don't need crush my argument so that your can shine, we would do better to look at each other's view and try to see how we can behold a new Haiti.
