As an employee of an other Airline, worth noted that I have been working in the Industry for more than 22 years, there is not much that I could say or do. I believe that if an Airplane is broke and you have more than 170 passengers waiting to get on board, an announcement should be made by an agent of the Airline and also the passengers coming far from the Capital should at least be compensated or even offered a room for the next day.
