Thanks, I will see if I can get it. Paul Farmer, M.D. has a clinic very near where our sister parish is located in Cerca la Source.

We start w/ "do no harm" & seed to do only what benefits our friends there, but I have learned enough to know tha what does "no harm" involves values, and that it is important to know those who are "on the ground" to try to understand what is going on there.
