I am an Haitian in the US.i congratulate the president for all his effort.

But i think the first thing that should be done is to get everyone to have an ID. get everyone under your administration's control.

second try to talk to the people s morality, because most of them believe we can t change.

then you can start working with the agriculture.

where you can give whoever wants to works in the fields free health care, and give them some paper that qualify them to buy food with a price less than what everybody's paying.

I bet you would start to see want to go back to the mountains.

when the people is not depend on foreign food, you can start building some construction in which you can start hiring more than 3000 or more people in one project.

Like a high way from cap haitian to the Capital, you can hire a lot of people to do that. when its over, people will have to pay to pass on it, that means you will get your money back to built a factory.
