I can always take them to court.

Once their statement starts being costly to them, they will investigate more before making any accusations.

By the way for the story, if Obama wants, he can actually makes some money as a result.

In the Haitian society everyone speaks whichever way they want, without taking into account the impact of their statements and or allegations.

If you can support your allegations it does not matter how harsh it is. We should all force ourselves to look for the truth, and analyse situations independent of what our beliefs are..
