No UN extension unless they start building roads

I am totally against a UN extension, unless they start working on projects aiming at making Haiti better.

A lot of money being spent on Minustha, when their soldiers have time to go to the beach, sleep with our women, raped them, involved in kidnapping with no impunity or even an investigation on their part. Preval said earlier only to be weaken, that the mission ofthe Minustha is to be redefined, otherwise, they need to go. We have done a lot at providing security in Haiti without many guns, why can't we do it again.

I believe that Minustha is composed of a bunch of poor people where in Haiti, they have status, they will do anything to stay. If we do not redefine their mission, things will get worse in Haiti, because they will
do anything to stay. Good weather, job security, nice hotels, nice beaches, they do not have to spend they salaries etc. Be careful what we ask for. They need to help us prepare roads, work on energy sufficiency, cleaning, disaster preparedness etc, if they can do that, then their money is earned, otherwise, we will see a civil war in order to put these people out.
