Let assume what you said is true, maybe their parents were victims of violence therefore they don't want to reveil their indentity, although I don't see the harm. These are all grown up adults.

Rita, this is a new Haiti that is experiencing random violence like any other countries in the world.

Personally, I had experienced violence for wich I had to leave Haiti to come to US. But you know what, I have been going back and forth to Haiti since 1987.

In 1995, I experienced another scary moment in my life. Haitian custom seized my passport and phohibited me from boarding the plane back to US. I did not know if I was going to get killed, or get beat up, or get thrown in jail forever.

I was forced to go to court (Le Parquet) to face the Haitian ferocious justice system.

After the judge came to his senses and realized that I was the wrong man they were looking for, I had to pay $120 US to get my passport back and was able to come back home.

I was dumb and stupid enough to go back to Haiti just 6 months later.

They did the same thing again except this time I did not have to go to court and I did not paid any money to get my passport back.

I have never stopped telling the world that I am from Haiti, and I never stopped going to Haiti.

Depending on my financial state, I visit Haiti once or twice every year. In fact, I am about to travel to Haiti very soon.

I don't care if these superstars ever visit Haiti or tell the world that they are Haitians.

All I am saying is, if they really had any Haitian blood flowing in their veins, I don't see the crime or the sin they would be committing by acknowledging their Haitian decent/ancestry and tell the world that either their moms or their dads are Haitians without referring to their parents by names.

If they really have any Haitian blood running in their body, they keep it a secret out of shame of associating themselves with a people as bad and disgraceful as Haitians purely and simply.

Wycliff Jean is not ashamed rubbing his Haitian citizenship on everybody's faces.
