Industrial development

Hi Mr. President,
I am a haitian inventor living in Boston, Massachusetts.

I have made several inventions in the US. They are all patented by US Department of commerce and Industry, (USPTO).

I have found manufacturing companies that can develop them but the price is too high for me to pay alone.

Can you help me for the benefits of our nation.
