justice and political reform

hello Mr President, we all know Haiti is in bad shape, most of it have a lot to do with the corruption in the government offices, and a broken justice system, also Haiti have too many political party and a nonconstructive opposition party, i like to know if you have a plan to help reform our broken system another word do you think introduce a new constitution will help our country and what is your take on our political party system that is not working.

Mr president i have faith in you, that you will help Haiti get back its dignity and back on the road to recovery.
