The only problem in your nice and fancy editorial is that you failed to tell us exactly what you are doing personally to make a difference in Haiti.
I am so sick and tired of air headed Haitians who keep shifting government responsibility onto citizens' shoulders.
Are Haitians so intellectually bankrupt they are incapable of a simple logical thinking?
To all the moronic idiots out there who are still wrapped up in their primitive way of thinking, you need to know that government set the tone, the blue point of a country's future.
Citizens/the people only follow the leader and what their leader put before them.
Government earns ALL the critique for the absence of roads, for the absence of electricity, for the absence of health care system, for the lack of a good education system, for the lack of sanitation, for the absence of a modern telecommunication in Haiti.
You, bunch of idiots need to understand that citizens do not not have authority, means, resources, and mandate to build/create and put in place infrastructures.
You bunch of dumb intellectually bankrupt need to understand that citizens/the people don't make laws and do not have the authority to enforce the laws. Citizens/individuals and the people can only be forced to uphold the law, to obey to the laws that are in place and are being enforced by the government.
I wish some of you people can go back to school and learn about the function of government and responsibility of citizens.
In the meantime stop shifting the government responsibility, job, and duty onto the shoulders of the people.
In a country, or corporation, company, organization, where there is no leadership is recipe for disaster and chaos so is the case of Haiti.
What is the need to have a government if it is the people job and responsibility to make laws, to enforce the laws, to build roads, to create a health care system, to create a sound telecommunication system, etc..?
If that is the case why don't you all empty your bank accounts and move to Haiti to create and build all these infrastructures?
