It is difficult to presume, if Bill and Hillary Clinton were sincere or not.The smartest thing to do, i suppose, is to wait and see what will happen.

And then, we can judge based on what we see. So, if they do keep their promises, i hope the Haitian's government makes good use of that money for the common good and the well-being of the nation.

Sorry to say that, our country suffers too much. It's time for our leaders to be fair and honest, if not we will still be in the middle of nowhere.
