regarding the toll in haiti

I think if each driver pay at least 5 gourds before entering to a province, that money will help a lot to fix up the streets of haiti that' s my dream for haiti and also make sure we have some good honest workers so they don't steel the moneys .Please try my new plan for 5 years you will see a big change on the road and haiti will be clean as well thank you.
