I think you are right it seems Preval ignore today world.Let me tell you something a lot of Haitian politician the don't know shit about politic some of them were militant and become politician they never attended a Law School...I will give Aristide 100 % because if it was Aristide he will come to Obama as a president not as his housemaid.

Preval need to change stop acting like some stiff act like president learn the protocol of a commander in chief, stop drinking alchool.Look during the Summit all other President worn suit well dressed up Preval worn a shirt He looks liked their man maid.
