Preval did follow the protocol to communicate to someone you don't go behind them go in front of them. Maybe this is a great thing for Haitian people we've been suffer for a long time with these bad leaders this is lesson learned contunue ambarassing themselves in front of other leaders that probably will motivate haitian leaders to try harder to help Haiti move forward instead of backward for over 200 years.
