What do you expect from the Tafiateur anyway?

HIS BRAIN CELLS ARE FRIED.

On a serious note I guess Preval doesn't realize he just represents a "third" of a small republic (which he cant even run efficiently I might add) And that he is not the Alpha Dog;Obama is!!! It not a surprise that the leader of Haiti do not know how to follow protocol; for anythings goes in Haiti.

Most of those government officials in Haiti are arrogant, rude,rough in their speech and manners from a lack of education.

They do not know how to act! I do not know why they are getting paid anyway they are not doing much for the people besides stealing their tax dollars and the international aidl. Did everyone noticed that all the presidents had their suits on for the official picture except for Preval?

He had on what looked liked a beige shirt and pants on with his bushy beard.

Preval you make all Haitians ashamed by your behavior and I am not talking about your faux-pas with Obama now;but what do you care anyway?

You get to retire with your millions while Haitians are starving and getting washed away without any help from their government.You should be afraid to die Preval because you are going straight to HELL!
