I totally agree with you. As long as Haitians keep electing people who are unwilling and uncapable of reforming the justice system, the economic system, trade, agriculture, education system the longer Haitians will suffer.

This is a new century Haitians need to learn from their past mistakes in order not to repeat them and to forge a better future for their next generation.

People who keep doing the same things and expect a better outcome are called "losers".
