we need to find a way to deal with the division

We need to find a way to deal with the racial and class division that still exist in Haiti.

Unless we deal with it we won't reach our full potential as a society.

We have to stop being hostile towards each other we need to find common ground.

If we go back far enough we'll find that every group has done something to the other that it shouldn't have. We need leaders, politicians who are not going incite the hatred and the division we need someone who's going to bring us together.

One of the reasons why I changed my views about Aristide was because he was more of a divider than a uniter.

He basically encouraged the animosity that already existed between the classes in Haiti as a way to keep himself in power.

The upper-class of Haitian society has been parasitic.

I don't get it these people don't seem to care a bit about the country.

But despite the discrimination and everything else a great leader would have been able to find common ground.

But instead everybody seems to be using to their own advantage.

That's why i admire people like Martin Luther king Jr. and Nelson Mandela they were able to change their respective societies without the bloodshed.

Quite a number of Haitians believe that to have change we have to shed each others' blood.

We can have a revolution without blood.
