Montresor I respect the fact that you have a website which describe your executive plan of action.

I admire that because we at least know where you stand.

Even Preval a former president didn't think to do something like that when he ran for his second term.

I don't know anything about you therefore I'm going to call you a crook or anything like that. And, so far from what I've read there aren't anything that would make me think you're a crook.

But everything I have read about you makes me question your understand of Haitian politics and whether you truly understand how to run a country.

1. On experience or qualifications, I don't see anything you've done that makes you qualified to be president.

You don't have a political party.

You seem to think that the president can do everything by himself.

what will you do if parliament oppose you. Without a political party or a majority in the parliament how will you overcome that.

There's a lot of crooks living the easy life because of corruptions and misery do you think they're going to support you. Of course not.

You see these are the precise reasons why i question your understanding of politics.

You may have very effective solutions for the country (which is not what i'm saying) but how are you going to implement them.

2. Then there is your plan of action: you talked about creating an army, I don't think Haiti needs an army. I think a well-trained national guard would be better.

Their only job should be to protect our borders and help during times of natural disasters.

We don't need an army who would be training for war. We are a small country and we don't need to get involved in wars or international disputes.

The only country we need to worry about is the Dominican republic a very well-trained national guard should be able to keep them in check.

You cannot have an army who's going to be too involved in the internal affairs of the country.

It's too risky.

They can easily overthrow the government.

I disagree with the military internship program.

Again you're giving the army too much of a role and influence.

There are other ways for Haitians to learn vocational skills it doesn't have to be through the army.

2. You mentioned a lot of important issues such as healthcare, education, etc..

But you're not clear on how you're going to improve or reform them.

And then the question of funding all these programs.

It's very ambiguous.

Mr. Montresor, I have read your policies and I disagree with all of them. I'm not convince they would be good for the country.

Yes, you mention important issues such as healthcare, education, security, corruption; but you're not clear on how you would improve them. And when you do explain how you're going to change them. The method is not practical.

Honestly brother I admire the fact that you're talking about what you would do as president but i'm not convinced that you truly understand depth of haiti's problems.

And i don't think your plan of action is the best.
