Tiba, I might be wrong, but I don't think Elsie was calling people on the blog "Ebecil," I think she was referring to those in charge of the Haitian government.

Her writing skills are rather limited, and that is why I think she was unclear.

On the other hand, she is calling for Haiti's biggest thief to be returned to power.

For those who forgot, let me remind you that it is the thief Jean Claude who emptied the Haitian coffers before he left.
