Thanks for answering my post promptly however I will not disclose any privilege and detail infos to your questions for the following reasons.

I spent over 20 years of research, evaluating, planning long term infrastructures solutions for our country's problems.

I've traveled many parts of Haiti and outside Haiti to the Dominican Republic, Bahamas, the United States etc and explored all options and opportunities.

My visionary plan isn't optional, and is nonnegotiable but flexible by translation and interpretation of the constitution, and my qualification of education to be President will be determined by the Haitian people on the 2010 Election.

Once the country adapts my vision parliament and legislative will have to change from the old ways of governing the country, and unite with me (Montresor) as the commander-in-chief for a common vision (purpose) that is driven by Godly morals and Divine destiny

I've never considered myself to be or to become any Haitian politician's enemy or anyone elses.

I am not interested to form or to run a political party but I will not object to the idea of exploring an endorsement if given.

I am simply a messenger "Patriot" who dedicates my time and resources for the benefits of my country.

Therefore I am humbled and Honor to have such privileges and Opportunities to serve as the first black Republic in the world.

6. Also I have explored the options on helping the youth.

With an army based program it will instill a sense of direction, purpose, and structure to their lives.

But I do not object to having a private organization help with the youth apart from the gov. These are just ideas to get a sense of direction for the people.
