Kevin, you are right on so many levels.

The problem is that we can't get rid of them because the Preval government is doing everything it can to keep them in Haiti.

Even more important is that now so many people from the upper class group in Haiti either works for the UN or rents housing to UN members, that they (the Haitian elite) will themselves try to kill you if you try to get rid of this occupying force.
