I am both glad and excited to write you today just to congratulate you for the way you lead my dear country.

I hope the most high God will keep blessing day after day. As every body knows, the situation of Gonaives becomes more and more difficult.

So, I beg you to do something for my dear town and you will regret that. I will keep praying for you untill the rest of your life. I really apreciate you.
