So Mr. Rene Preval, you are going to spend five years in power without doing anything for Haiti.

In your campaign trails, you took advantage of the Haitian problems to promise them bread and cheese, and now you are relaxing and mocking them. And addition to that, you let yourself, your girl friend (she brought a house in Florida), and your akoulit get richer and richer.

Shame on you, no scruple and vision president! By the way, please find someone to help you understand this note.
