Establish a concil office in the Turks and Caicos

Your Excellency,

first of all, I congratulate you for leading Haiti with such courage and dynamics.

I live in the Turks and Caicos Islands and based of the number of Haitians that live there, I would suggest that you intall a Haitian office and I give myself for that.

In my humble, If american will respect our mines which we can not exploit, we will accept to become american citizen.

It time to send some intelligent student to study technology of mining.
