Je ne me fais pas l'avocat du diable mais il faudra faire attention, on ne doit pas propager les rumeurs car cela peut faire plus de mal que de bien.
Concerning his ability to properly express himself in French, I believe, is a moot point- Let's look at his ability to form a government that could lead us to a safer, more prosperous country.
