Well Mr.Gautier, you must have a lot of free time in your hands that you don't really know what to do with if you are waiting to hear a program from the government of Haiti because last time I checked the government of Haiti only listens to foreigners (les blancs) with good reasons because htese are the ones that Preval and his government work for.

How could you get a program from Preval's government when it doesn't have one. It's like asking a begger or a homeless to give you $ 5 that they don't have. Preval doesn't have a well detailed plan or program for Haiti.

He is governing the country according to what the "blancs) dictate him to do.

Preval has been in power for one whole year already and he has made not one significant accomplishment.

This is what I call "Incompetence and Mediocrity" at best.
