Video: Prime Minister says Haiti is Improving!

Haitian Prime Minister Pierre-Louis said that the Preval administration has improved things in Haiti.

After seing this video, do you believe this only a commercial for the Preval administration or is this the truth?

How come:

1- No one is pickup garbage in Haiti?

2- The street are not being cleaned?

3- The government has not put vendors under flea market tents?

4- Why are there foreign companies stealing treasures of Haiti such as gold, bauxite, zinc, silver, etc...

If Haiti cannot excavate the materials why there is not deal made that will favor Haiti by having the companies build infrastructure for the country.
