Tiba, not everyone needs to be a social scientist.

Danticat is a great novelist.

Her stories are full of beauty and wonder about Haiti.

They are not base on any facts or reality, but they are novels, and don't have to be based on facts or truths.

I really enjoyed reading her book Crik Crak (don't remember spelling).

Most of it was fantasy and imaginary, but that is what a novel is all about.

She does not need to write about anything to do with history.

She just has to take her readers to a whelm of wonder and mental pleasure.
