"let us no longer be silent"
That's the spirit.

However, sound conflict resolution require that you use the past to treat the present, and move to the future.

You cannot ignore the origin of our chronic state of turmoil.

There are a lot of false approaches to conflict resolution and, collectively, the have earned us several occupations.

this is not how it works.The treatment of our differences is indispensable.
