I have deep respect for your right to opine, but your recent opinion on President Obama's insight in the Havard Professor race issues was wrong in some respects and was based on a senseless naivety.

President Obama perfectly profited an opportunity to denounce a repugnant act in a prime time show. Logic: The White cop ignored the fact that his male victim, who showed his work ID as a Havard Professor, was a tenant in the building owned by Havard University.

You must not ignore this fact that the officer intervened followed a 911 call from a white Havard University female professor for possible robbery by two black males.

The officer arrested the gentleman professor and took him to his precinct.

Don't be naive on the performances of the police in the streets in America.

Many officers-- with their extreme deviant behaviors, regardless the Abner Louima case, a recent similar case in Brooklyn, the 72 year old woman tased by an officer because she refused to sign a traffic ticket, what about the Rodney King case, and many other-- have the incapacity to normally perform their police duties.

In other words, they are psychos.

Thus, accept it or not, President Obama was not out of context.

I repeat it, racial profiling is a federal offense and he is the chief executive of the Federal branch; he might not directly order the State Attorney General, or the local District Attorney, to prove but he has legal power to ask his Attorney General to do so.
